Impressed By Elite's Whole Team and Relaxed Professionalism

Dear Elite Diving Team,

I hope you are all doing well. Work became very busy after I returned to Oxford, but I did not want to delay any longer in thanking everyone properly.

Looking back, what stands out most is how relaxed and straightforward the whole week felt. Having helped Matthew coordinate the trip, I was particularly conscious of how much work was involved in managing a group of around 30 people. It could easily have involved a great deal of waiting, confusion or repeated organisation, but the daily arrangements ran smoothly and allowed us to concentrate on the diving. I know that creating such a comfortable experience required considerable preparation and coordination behind the scenes, and I wanted you to know that it did not go unnoticed.

Over the past few years, I have started paying much more attention to how overseas dive trips are organised and have come to appreciate the difference a well-established operation can make. I was also impressed to see that several newly qualified divers appeared to have developed a good foundation in buoyancy and general confidence underwater.

Thank you again to the whole team for making the trip so easy and enjoyable. I sincerely hope our paths cross again, and if I find myself back in Sharm, I know exactly where I will be diving.
