Just got back from Sharm El Sheik. We went out there to do our Diving Course with Elite Diving. Me and my wife are both in our Fifties and thought we'd take up a new hobby, we've only ever done 15 minute "Try-Dives" previously. We booked with Elite to do our "Ocean Diver and Advanced Ocean Diver Courses" while we were there we did our Nitrox course as well. Elite Diving were Absolutely Brilliant! I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they took care of everything. Their organisation was fabulous and all the staff were so friendly and very helpful and made our learning very enjoyable! If you are looking to do any Diving course, do it with Elite!!

I hope you are all doing well. Work became very busy after I returned to Oxford, but I did not want to delay any longer in thanking everyone properly. Looking back, what stands out most is how relaxed and straightforward the whole week felt. Having helped Matthew coordinate the trip, I was particularly conscious of how much work was involved in managing a group of around 30 people. It could easily have involved a great deal of waiting, confusion or repeated organisation, but the daily arrangements ran smoothly and allowed us to concentrate on the diving. I know that creating such a comfortable experience required considerable preparation and coordination behind the scenes, and I wanted you to know that it did not go unnoticed. Over the past few years, I have started paying much more attention to how overseas dive trips are organised and have come to appreciate the difference a well-established operation can make. I was also impressed to see that several newly qualified divers appeared to have developed a good foundation in buoyancy and general confidence underwater. Thank you again to the whole team for making the trip so easy and enjoyable. I sincerely hope our paths cross again, and if I find myself back in Sharm, I know exactly where I will be diving. This was my third time diving with them and it is clear to see why they have such a great group of repeat customers that come back time after time. The dive instructors are all super knowledgeable, super nice, super chill. Every dive is relaxed - they never make you feel rushed, and are all fantastic at noticing exceptional delights underwater. The facilities are top notch, as is the equipment. (I rent everything except what I consider essentials in terms of needing great fit [wetsuit, mask, boots, dive computer]. I decided to go for nitrox on my last trip, and it was a BREEZE! Amr - who is one of the greatest! - gave me instruction right then and there, Elite got me the online instruction and test i needed within 30 minutes, and I was able to complete everything on the boat while sailing back to shore. I will continue to use this outfit again and again - why use anyone but the best?
Annabel - USA Really good dive team and had 2 days of boat dives after not diving for 2 years, and was really nervous when going on to the bus to the dock. However, when meeting the team, Jen, Wessam and Gwyn was able help me relax also due to Wessam doing my open water qualification in the past. When I did my first day of diving with Jen she had constantly reassured if I was okay under the water and that really helped because it displayed the care the team have for the customers. On the second day I did 2 dives with Wessam who was professional and took his time helping me to equalise my ears, due to me having issues which also highlights the care the team have. And the last dive I did with Gwyn really changed my perspective on diving because I thought diving was something really serious whilst diving earlier and I believe it caused increase in my airtake. And the dive with Gwyn showed me that diving could be to have fun and mess about whilst still being professional and doing that showed the importance of a good company and the staff as my diving ability had developed beyond my expectations by the end of the second dive with G. I just wanted to say thank you to the elite diving team for making diving really enjoyable as the dive sites we were taken to always had something to look at, and thank you to the employees for creating such an upbeat atmosphere for an activity I was nervous in participating in at first.
Matthew B (May 2026) Fantasy few days diving with this team. Made me feel welcome (as a solo traveller) and safe at all times. Team fantastic from the dive team to, the boat crew- including captain, to the admin and owners. Thanks to Jenny for helping me refresh my nitox at no extra cost. It was a while ago since I did that course and it was the first time for me to use nitrox. Nothing was too much trouble. Did my deep course plus 100th dive ( thank Wesam for being so good with me on the course- not only did you get me through the course, but helped with my buoyancy no end) My confidence as a diver grew over the few days. Sunday dinner in such heat was an experience . (Evenings out were great) . The food on the boat was fab. Looking forwards to coming back next year and bringing at least one family member with me

The instructors/guides made the dives fun and relaxing and despite being on my own; I never felt lonely. Clearly they have lots of repeat divers, which tells you how good they are, and the after dive invite to the pub was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend and dive with them again. Highly recommended!! 🫰🏻😊 Marina I have dived in Sharm since 1989, and have only found Elite three years ago, and have visited them to dive six times already. They are the best school I have dived with in Egypt. Their professionalism, boat atmosphere and staff are first class. They treat you as part of the family not just clients. I would recommend them to all divers of all levels. The boat crew are very helpful, the office staff are very efficient, my overall experience with the dive team wat top class.
Dave M (AKA Dai Duck) - Carlisle. UK. From enquiry to check out the service was excellent from Elite. I went as a solo diver, but you are soon made to feel welcome and part of the "Elite family". I did 3 days fantastic diving from their own boat. The guides are all very knowledgeable on the site's, the briefings are very good, with the right amount of safety included. The boat crew are very helpful and always there to lend a hand. The food on the boat is great, the cake after the first dive is fantastic. During my 3 days there were various amount's of people diving, but the dive deck was well organised to give everyone plenty of space to kit up. Thanks for a great 3 days diving, I will be back in September hopefully.
