Myself and friends, work and live in Cairo, and went for The Christmas Break 2020 to Sharm el Sheikh.  We were recommended to look up Elite Diving from a colleague who used to work as an Instructor for another dive center in Sharm. Obviously he already had local knowledge of the best dive centers to go with.

The Elite Diving team are some of the best people I have ever met. They love their jobs, and take them very seriously. They know how to have fun, laugh, be cool, and how to put you at ease. They helped me kit up, sat me on the back of the boat, Zenga grabbed hold of my tank, and ever so lovingly placed me into the water.

G was right there to grab me and to assure me I would be okay. He was patient, and made sure I was completely calm and prepared to dive before we ever left the boat ladder.

He taught me to take the regulator out of my mouth underwater, and how to put it back in clear the water out safely and breath again. When we swam out to open water he checked to make sure I was ready to go. With an ok sign, we took a breath and headed to another world.
Make sure you do your research, don’t trust your life and well being to just anyone. If you are ever in Sharm and want to experience life below the surface, look them up. You’ll be glad you did.
