Hi Alun, I just want to say a big thank you to all at Elite for making my first venture into diving in the red sea a fantastic experience. As I travelled with a group who had previously dived with Elite I had been assured I would have great time and it surpassed all my expectations. The excellent accomodation, the professionalism of the Elite staff and the boat crew's,combined with the very friendly family atmosphere that was always evident(both on the boat and in the bar!) made for a really enjoyable experience that,unfortunately was over all too quickly. You guys definately go that extra mile...I'll be back! On behalf of Sue, myself, Grahame, Laura and Paul, just a huge thank you for making our March trip as memorable as usual. Again, and you must love me for this, our group, though smaller than previous trips contained divers of huge varying degrees of expertise. Again you treated us all with kindness, respect, and catered for us impeccably. For those that hadnt dived the Red Sea before, it blew them away. The experience was varied, sometimes testing for them, but always smile generating. For those that had dived with you before, maybe a risk of becoming bored with the same sites etc. No way!! The sites that you choose, and the way they are dived, never ceases to amaze, and every second is enjoyable. To Alun and Moyra, thank you for operating a centre that makes your guests feel like friends, not just a revenue generator. To Karen and Alec, thanks guys for making our experience with you so enjoyable. To all the back room boys, thank you for helping to make it all work. So to you all, thank you, and we all hope you have a great season, enjoy the sun and warmth, because its cold and piddling down here. Will we be back, you bet. The whole experiance was professional and well organized, the dive guides well informed and eager to please. Jacksons reef and the Thistlegorm where both outstanding in their own right. It was only mentioned once or twice but I can vouch that you really are the 'Best Red Sea Dive Centre in Sharm' and I would never dream of booking with anyone else. A couple of special mentions need to go to Jennie for being so patient during the refresher (Andi's still having visions of her signing 'think' at him constantly!), Karen for a truly awesome day of diving last Tuesday and Alec for the banter throughout the week and somehow persuading me to do a Nitrox course! Everyone from Elite are so welcoming and the crew onboard the Lido are great fun. It's great that diving with you isn't just a day on the boat, it's also about the social aspect whether that's a drink at the Stella Bar or Sunday lunch at the Tavern. Having flown back from Sharm to Luton last night I just wanted to let you know what an excellent holiday I had, and how I have never experienced before such an organised and professional dive company. Having flown in at 18:30 all my kit was collected from my room by Ahmed and my dive box made ready for a prompt 07:55 departure the following morning. The boat must have left the jetty at ~ 08:45 and we were in the water by 09:45. Other dive companies I have been with may not even open until 09:30!! Every day someone managed to group together parties of similar experience/buoyancy control and Nitrox usage and put us all together. Also part of the equation was to prevent the same people going to the same dive sites yet again (unless they requested it) and for all variety was the spice of life. I pre-paid the diving and B&B option to was very pleasantly surprised to learn of the relatively small cost of all the third dives I did and multiple entries into Ras Mohammed National Park. You even managed to negate the cost of the day’s boat trip to Thistlegorn which I could not go on for medical reasons! Whilst some have given Coral Hills a bad review I would have no objections to staying there again.So finally, yet again, a really big collective thank you to you all and an assurance that you will be seeing me again in October. Best Dive Centre In Sharm Red Sea
Dear All, I just wanted to thank you in the name of the entire Romanian group for the wonderful time spent together. There was 5 great days of diving with the most professional and best dive center I ever met in Sharm and The Red Sea. For sure we will come back for more dives with you guys. Hi to you both and all at Elite Diving and a very Merry Christmas. As usual a late reply, but a huge thank you from us all for the fantastic care and hospitality that was given to us. Your customer care never drops, and your attention to giving the guest choice over what they do was great. I appreciate that our group had a huge range of experience, from recent open water/ advanced diver to staff instructor, which must provide some logistical headaches, but everyone was catered for without exception. Fantastic and a credit to you all. Many thanks go out to Alex and Karen for their care and guidance, and to all the support lads. Thank you all. Now the bad news, we are coming BACK!!!!!!!!! Yes, I am putting together a march visit. The dates I can confirm will be Thursday 22nd March for 7 days. Just like to thank you both (and all of the team) for such a wonderful holiday diving in Sharm El Sheikh with you - it was an 'out-of-this-world' experience - fantastic diving - fantastic organisation - fantastic company (day and night....!). WE WILL BE BACK......... Martin & Phil x x Just a quick note to thank you for a great few weeks diving in Sharm El Sheikh. Elite may be regarded as a small company, but they are a company with a big heart, run by its owners, who give a personal service, which is second to none.
Having previously dived on numerous occasions with other major dive operators in Sharm, we took the recommendation of friends and decided to give Elite diving a try. I must say that we couldn’t have made a better decision. We found that diving with Elite is much more relaxed, we never felt hurried or pressurised into rushing to kit up before the dive, the atmosphere on the dive boats was amazing, it was fun, fun fun, extremely friendly, with the dive instructors/guides mixing freely with the divers, friendly banter was encouraged, and readily exchanged. Strangers weren’t strangers for long, and I am sure that we will dive with many of the people we met on the dive boat again, as several people on our boat were returnees and had been diving with Elite for many years. The relaxed atmosphere on the boat led to more relaxed diving,. The dive guides were extremely knowledgeable and although we dived sites that we had dived before, they did vary some of the dive routes from the norm, and actively tried to find the bigger fish in known (to Elite) hotspots, which did lead to more exiting dives. On our very first dive we saw a big Moray, a Turtle, a Leopard Ray and 2 white tip reef sharks, what a dive. The boat crew were second to none and they couldn’t help enough. Alun and his wife Moyra also arranged social gatherings in the evenings so the family spirit shared on the boat didn’t stop at the end of the days diving, but spilt over into the evening. All in all Alun and Moyra, manage both their dive boats and business to a high standard, and gave us a higher quality of service than we had experienced with the other dive operators that we have previously used, which led to a far more pleasurable diving holiday. Once again many thanks, and we look forward to meeting up again at Christmas. Gary and Lezley Now safely home from diving in Sharm and just wanted to say thanks so much for a fantastic week's diving - sharks, turtles, eagle ray, torpedo rays etc etc. Shark Reef unbelievable, Thistlegorm so much better than I remember, everywhere just great - I am going to bore them at work next week SO much! Thanks to everyone in the group (including the "critter hunter"!) but special thanks to Moyra, Alun and Alec - diving with you guys just gets better! Your staff fit in so well with the standard you have set over the five years we have been returning to dive with you. It was nice to see Alec back in the fold, enjoying the diving. We recommend your dive centre to everyone we know who comes to Sharm, and that will still be the case after such another marvellous diving holiday with you and your team.
